日前，山东理工大学交通与车辆工程学院张学义教授入选我国2007年"新世纪百千万人才工程"国家级人选名单。
"新世纪百千万人才工程"国家级人选每两年选拔一次，每次选拔500名左右。在各地、各部门推荐的基础上，国家人事部组织专家评审，并报"工程"领导小组批准产生。该人才工程是由国家人事部等7部委联合设立的全国性人才培养工程，旨在加强高层次专业技术人才队伍建设，加快培养一批德才兼备、开拓创新、具有国际先进水平的科技专家和国内学术技术带头人，为新世纪我国经济、科技和社会发展提供高层次骨干人才保证。
山东理工大学教授张学义多年来一直从事汽车电子电气技术、发电装置的应用研究和开发工作，发明了半波脉冲式可控整流稳压技术和多相钕铁硼永磁发电机技术，解决了汽车用钕铁硼永磁发电机的磁场不可调节，输出电压随转速的升高直线上升以及在宽转速、宽负载范围内输出电压不稳定的问题，与电励磁发电机相比，节能15%～20%，节约铜材60%。
张学义主持完成了多项国家级和省部级科研课题，取得多项具有自主知识产权的技术成果。
